Verify Compatibility
Before initiating a return, please double-check your appliance model number against the part received to ensure it is the correct match for your specific unit.
Request a Return Authorization
Log into your account or contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for processing.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the unused part in its original manufacturer packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
